Awesome show! At first I took it at it’s face value while in it but over time for the week following I kept noticing how I noticed what I considered ‘beauty’ in the world around me, how it informed the choices I make and my moods and attitudes. I realized examining it more closely really did bring more conscious awareness about it and made me also question my own precepts and defaults surrounding notions of beauty. Also realized how political it still is. It’s not a ‘comfortable’ or ‘comforting’ show, it subtly acts on and disturbs some long held ideas. Cheers and bravo!
